There have been some subtle but exciting changes here at Fi HQ. Both changes are a no-brainer and I’ve no idea why I didn’t make them sooner. Let me explain.
My Services: Blogging and Landing Pages becomes Blogging and Web Copy
Last summer, I took on a workload of landing pages. It wasn’t what I normally created for clients, but it was a refreshing change to my usual copy work. In fact, I enjoyed the change so much that I decided to make it a standard part of my copywriting service.
On the back of my landing page offering, this summer saw me working on a new client’s website, updating their home and service pages. So guess what? Yes, I’ve added general web copy to my client services.
If you want blog posts and a website wordage refresh, I can do both.
My Customers: Hello Bookish Businesses
I’ve always been an avid book lover and wordie. From writing stories as a child, to taking a literature degree, working as a playwright for a couple of decades, and becoming a published author, getting the words out of my head and onto the page has shaped my identity.
And while I continue to enjoy copywriting about a wide range of topics like careers, employment, and marketing, one other industry is close to my heart: the world of books. That’s why I’m opening up my service to indie publishers, literary agents, audio book narrators, bookshops, and all those other bookish businesses. If you need help with your web copy, including blog posts, I’m happy to help as a fellow book lover.
Don’t worry though. I’m still happy to work with non-bookish small and medium businesses too.
